Tennis Loses Home Opener to Dartmouth, 4-3

The Big Green won the doubles point with victories at No. 1 and No. 2, however freshmen Katie Bramante and Lipton defeated Catherine Crandall and Kerry Snow at No. 3, 8-6.
In singles, each of Syracuse's three upperclassmen won their matches. At No. 1, senior Trine Lise Juliussen defeated Jayme Ahmed, 6-2, 6-3. At No. 4, senior Jessica Schlosser defeated Snow, 0-6, 6-2, 7-5. And at No. 5, sophomore Wei-Ming Leong won against Ann Scott, 6-3, 6-3.
Syracuse's next match will be on Friday, Feb. 6, at Virginia Tech.
