SU Football Game at Boston College Will be Televised on ABC

The Syracuse University football game at #19/19 Boston College on Saturday, November 27 will kickoff at 1:00 p.m. and will be televised on ABC. The Orange (5-5 overall, 3-2 BIG EAST) has an open date on November 20 before wrapping up the regular season at Boston College (7-2, 3-1), which plays at Temple before hosting SU.
Several members of the SU squad are ranked nationally in NCAA Division I statistical categories, including senior kick returner Diamond Ferri (Everett, Mass.) is 11th nationally with a 27.1 yard kickoff return average. Sophomore punter Brendan Carney (Valley Forge, Pa.) is 15th nationally with a 43.4 yard punting average, while senior tailback Walter Reyes (Struthers, Ohio) is 26th among Division IA rushers with a 100.0 yards per game average. Reyes did not play at Temple due to a shoulder injury.
SU’s punt coverage unit ranks 15th in net punting average (38.7 yard average) and 19th nationally in punt return yardage defense, while the Orange is 23rd nationally with a kickoff return average of 22.7 yards per return. SU is tied for ninth nationally with 12 fumbles recovered.
