SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Senior Anna Goodale, a captain on the women’s rowing team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Nov. 29.

Goodale is a six-time Athletic Director’s Honor Roll selection. She has also been selected as a BIG EAST Academic All-Star each of her first three years. Goodale is majoring in illustration at Syracuse.

The women’s rowing team closed the fall schedule at the Princeton Chase on Nov. 7 (varsity) and Nov. 14 (freshmen). The varsity four finished in second place, while the varsity eight finished in 16^th. The freshmen eight finished in 17^th place. The women open the spring schedule with a scrimmage versus Connecticut on March 11 in Melbourne, Fla.
