Rommel Named Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Junior Greg Rommel, a member of Orange lacrosse team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Nov. 8.
Rommel has been named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll all four of his semesters. Rommel is majoring in bioengineering.
The SU lacrosse team is coming off their ninth national championship last season and will begin practice for the 2005 season in January. The Orange won three games during the short fall exhibition season in early October.
