Washington Featured On "Inside The BIG EAST"

SYRACUSE, N.Y.- Junior running back Tim Washington will be featured on this week's "Inside The BIG EAST" in the shows scholar-athlete portion of the program. Washington, a native of Bristol, Conn., was a 2003 BIG EAST All-Academic Team selection, and he has been a member of the Athletic Director's Honor Roll five times.

Washington has carried the ball five times this season for 17 yards, while also catching three passes for 25 yards.

On next week's show, the Fan of the Week segment focuses in on an Orange football fan, and the Behind the Scenes portion of the show will highlight Syracuse and the Carrier Dome.

“Inside The BIG EAST” will be telecast on numerous regional cable networks throughout BIG EAST markets as well as nationally on CSTV. To date, “Inside The BIG EAST” has been cleared on CSTV, the MSG Network in New York, Comcast SportsNet Chicago, Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia, Comcast Detroit, Fox Sports Pittsburgh, Cox Sports Television of Rhode Island, WXIX in Cincinnati, WHAS in Louisville and WVFX in West Virginia.
