Antolick Named Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Redshirt freshman Sara Antolick, a member of the Orange women’s basketball team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Dec. 5.
Antolick, a native of Bethlehem, Pa., was named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester last season.
Antolick played in her first game of the season yesterday at Canisius. She contributed 10 points and nine rebounds in her first action since coming back from a knee injury she suffered in the preseason.
SU plays its first game in the Carrier Dome this season on Saturday, Dec. 10, when it hosts Massachusetts in a 1:00 p.m. game televised by Time Warner Sports.
