CARSON, CALIF. -- Sophomore Trevor Casey scored a game-high three goals to help the No. 11-ranked Georgetown University men's lacrosse team to a 10-7 victory against No. 5-ranked Syracuse (1-2) in front of 7,182 at the Home Depot Center. It was the second-straight setback for the Orange, who lost consecutive games for the first time since 2003. The Hoyas improved their season record to 2-1.
