Boral Competes in Second Consecutive NCAA Swimming Championship

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- Sophomore swimmer Luk Boral (Poznan, Poland) competed at the 2005 NCAA Division I Men's Swimming Championship on March 25-26, at the University of Minnesota. It was the second consecutive season that Boral qualified for the prestigious meet, recognized as the fastest swim meet in the country.
On Fri., March 25, Boral swam the 100-yard breaststroke in a time of 56.11 during the morning preliminaries to place 38th overall.
On Sat., March 26, he placed 23rd in the prelims of the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:59.79.
The top 16 swimmers from each prelim go on to compete in the evening finals races and earn All-America honors.
