Thornton Named Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Junior Jeremy Thornton, a member of the Orange men’s diving team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Jan. 9.
Thornton, who hails from Manchester, Conn., has been named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll four times and is a two-time BIG EAST Academic All-Star. He is a chemistry major at Syracuse.
The Orange host West Virginia on Saturday, Jan. 14, at 9:00 a.m.
