Former Syracuse safety Quentin Harris recently signed with the Denver Broncos. Harris began the 2006 season with the New York Giants after spending his first four NFL seasons with the Arizona Cardinals. Harris recorded 45 tackles and three passes defended last season. His NFL career totals include 91 tackles, one interception and four passes defended.

Harris was a member of the SU football team from 1998-2001. In his senior season he earned second-team all-conference honors after recording 126 tackles, the most ever by a defensive back at SU. During his career at SU Harris recorded 327 tackles, the second-most by a defensive back, and 10 interceptions, which ranks 10th all-time in school history.
Harris joins former Syracuse teammate fullback Kyle Johnson on the Broncos roster, who played in the Thanksgiving Day game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Harris and Johnson are two of 29 former Syracuse players currently competing in the NFL.
