McMillen Named Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Senior Ashley McMillen, a guard for the Orange women’s basketball team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Dec. 3.
McMillen, a native of Penfield, N.Y., has been named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll both of her semesters at Syracuse. She is majoring in communication and rhetorical studies.
Syracuse opens BIG EAST play on Thursday, December 7 at St. John’s. The Orange then returns home to host Central Michigan on Saturday, December 9 at 1 p.m.
