SU's Game Versus Southern Utah Cancelled; Will Play Wisconsin at 10:00 p.m. EST

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Syracuse's opening game of the Capital Classic, versus Southern Utah, has been cancelled due to unplayable field conditions at the Sacramento Softball Complex. The start of the Orange's second game, against Wisconsin, has been pushed back to 10:00 p.m. EST.
The 2006 Capital Classic features 16 teams from around the country. The Orange is also scheduled to compete against Sacramento State and Minnesota on Saturday, March 18. SU will meet Iowa on Sunday, March 19 in its final game of the tournament.
