Terrence Roberts, who helped prepare for the upcoming season by playing with the Central squad in the Empire State Games, will lead SU against Canisius in December.

SYRACUSE, NY -- Syracuse will meet up with Canisius on November 25, 2006 in a game to be played in Buffalo's HSBC Arena. It is the first non-conference road game on the 2006-07 itinerary for the Orange.

Syracuse has traditionally lineup of games with members of Western New York's "Big Four" -- Buffalo, Canisius, Niagara and St. Bonaventure. This winter, the Orange will tangle with two of those foes. In addition to Canisius, St. Bonaventure is slated to make a Dome appearance on Dec. 30.

SU has already announced non-conference home games with Charlotte (Nov. 22), Holy Cross (Nov. 27), Colgate (Dec. 9), Baylor (Dec. 16), Drexel (19), and Hofstra (Dec. 22).
