Orange Football Staff to Host Mini-Clinics

The Syracuse football staff will host a series of mini-clinics for all football coaches in February and March. The clinics will address all aspects of position play and will be held in the Iocolano-Petty Football Wing at Manley Field House. Coaches are invited to attend as a staff or individually.
Registration will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the program starting at 6:30 p.m. To meet NCAA Regulations, there is a minimal registration fee of $2.00. To register for the clinics, please call the Syracuse Football Office (315-443-1416) or offensive line coach Bob Wylie.
The first clinic on February 28 will feature wide receivers and quarterbacks, presented by receivers coach Chris White and quarterback coach Phil Earley, and the secondary, presented by cornerback coach Jim Salgado and safeties coach Scott Spencer. The registration deadline for this clinic is February 26, 2007.
The second clinic will include tight ends, running backs and linebackers on March 7. Orange offensive coordinator and tight ends coach Brian White, running backs coach Desmond Robinson and linebackers coach Steve Russ will lead the clinic. The registration deadline for the second clinic is March 5, 2007.
The third clinic will feature offensive and defensive line play with Syracuse offensive line coach Bob Wylie and defensive line coach Tim Cross on March 14. The registration deadline for this clinic is March 12, 2007.
