Palmer Named Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Junior Dustin Palmer, a defenseman on the Orange men’s lacrosse team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of February 12.
Palmer, a native of Greenwood Village, Colo., has been a member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll six times. He is majoring in public relations and finance.
The #3 Orange opens its 2007 season when it hosts Hobart in the Carrier Dome on Sunday, February 18 at 1 p.m.
