John Desko discusses SU's upcoming game with Massachusetts on "Syracuse Sidelines"
"Syracuse Sidelines" Airs Thursday Night

This week’s “Syracuse Sidelines” on Time Warner Sports will air Thursday at 7:00 p.m. Host Mark Larson talks with Syracuse men's head coach John Desko about his team’s game against Massachusetts on Saturday. Larson will also be joined the women's head coach Lisa Miller, as the seventh-ranked Orange women prepare to host the first-ever BIG EAST Championship. Former SU Coach Roy Simmons, Jr. is also on hand to add his insight.
“Syracuse Sidelines” replays Thursday at 10:30 p.m. on Time Warner Sports throughout the Syracuse Division of Time Warner Cable. Additional replays are scheduled for Friday at 6:30 and 10:30 p.m., and Saturday at 11:30 a.m.
In the BIG EAST Women's Lacrosse Championship, top-seeded Georgetown and four-seed Notre Dame will square off in the first semifinal, which is set to begin at 5:30 p.m. Syracuse and Rutgers then face each other 45 minutes after the first game ends on Friday. The winner of the two semifinal games will battle for the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament on Sunday. First draw is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. at the Dome.
Tickets for the championship are $4 for adults and $2 for seniors and youth. Admission is free for students and children 3 and under. Fans can purchase tickets online (click here) or by calling the box office (1-888-DOMETIX).
