Frantz Named Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. –Senior Ruth Frantz, a member of the Orange women’s rowing team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of April 30.
Frantz, who hails from Seattle, Wash., is a two-time BIG EAST Academic All-Star and a four-time member of the Syracuse Athletic Director’s Honor Roll. She is double-majoring in sociology and English and textual studies.
Frantz and the Orange will compete at the Eastern Sprints on Sunday, May 13, in Camden, N.J.
