Louisiana Monroe and Syracuse will meet for the first time in program history when the Warhawks host the Orange on Saturday, December 1.

The Warhawks finished the 2006-07 season 14-16 overall and lost in the first round of the Sun Belt Conference Tournament. Louisiana Monroe returns its leading scorer, senior LeJeanna Howard (12.7 ppg.) and its leading rebounder, senior Shannon Lloyd (5.5 rpg.).

Syracuse will continue to update its non-conference schedule on suathletics.com daily. The Orange has released the first four games of the 2007-08 season, including contests against Coppin State (Nov. 17), North Carolina (Nov. 18), Lehigh (Nov. 25) and Colgate (Nov. 28). The first two games will be played in Chapel Hill, with the next two being played in Manley Field House.
