Orange Concludes Fall Ball With 5-1 Win against Raiders

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – With a 5-1 win against the Colgate Raiders on a chilly afternoon at the Skytop Softball Stadium, the Syracuse softball team concluded its fall season. The Orange will begin its preparation for the spring schedule which will start in February.
Highlights From the Game
- Junior Brittany Gardner, sophomore Angie Sagnelli and freshmen Jenna Caira and Gaby Torzilli shared the pitching duties for the Orange.
- Syracuse tallied 11 total hits in seven innings.
- Sophomore infielder Hallie Gibbs broke the game open with a monster three-run homerun.
