Brady Named Male Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Senior Evan Brady, a close defender on the men’s lacrosse team, is the Syracuse University Male Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of March 31.
Brady, from Ridgewood, N.J., is a five-time Athletic Director’s Honor Roll selection. He is dual-majoring in marketing and retail and consumer studies.
Brady has played in 39 career games and made 20 starts with the Orange in three-plus seasons. He has tallied 56 groundballs, including 16 as a team captain in 2008.
The Orange men’s lacrosse team is riding a five-game win streak and welcomes rival Princeton to the Carrier Dome on Saturday, April 5 at 3:30 p.m.
