
Joseph An April All-Star Participant

SYRACUSE, NY -- Incoming freshman Kris Joseph has played in two all-star games over the course of the last eight days. He was a member of the Baltimore All-Stars squad in the 2008 Charm City Challenge on April 6 and played for the U.S. All-Stars in the 2008 Capital Classic on Sunday.
Joseph, a 6-8 forward from Archbishop Carroll in Washington, D.C., had four rebounds in 15 minutes of play against the Baltimore All-Stars on April 6. The Baltimore All-Stars emebered with a 107-82 triumph. A week later, Joseph tallied nine points and five rounds in 19 minutes versus the U.S. All-Stars. The U.S. All-Stars won, 123-85.
Joseph is ranked as the ninth small forward by Scout.com and 16th by Rivals.com among the Class of 2008. He has been rated 54th overall by Scout.com and 103rd overall by Rivals.com.
He is part of a Syracuse recruiting class that also includes Mookie Jones, a 6-7 forward from Peekskill High School and James Southerland, a 6-7 forward from Notre Dame Prep (Mass.).
