Inside Lacrosse Media Poll
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Orange was voted the top team in the nation for the fourth straight week on Monday, April 21 after winning its only game last week, 10-5, versus Albany. Syracuse garnered 215 points in the USILA Coaches Poll to hang on to the No. 1 spot by three points. Duke, which bested Army Saturday, is No. 2 with 212 points. The Orange received six first-place votes. The Blue Devils got five.

In this week’s Nike/Inside Lacrosse Media Poll, Syracuse maintained its No. 2 ranking with nine first-place votes and a total of 370 points. The Blue Devils are ranked No. 1 for the third consecutive week in the media poll. The Blue Devils checked in with 371 points and 10 first-place nods.
Virginia, Georgetown and UMBC rounded out the top five in the coaches poll. In the media poll, the Cavaliers checked in at No. 3 followed by Georgetown and Maryland.
Syracuse will host Massachusetts in its regular-season home finale on Saturday, April 26 at 2 p.m.
