SU to Educate Community on NCAA Eligibility Center

Are your high school athletes interested in NCAA Division I and II athletic programs? If so, the Study Council at Syracuse University is hosting an informational session on the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s (NCAA) initial eligibility and amateurism guidelines, as well as the recruiting process, on Thursday, May 29, 2008 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. at the Carrier Dome in the Varsity Club room. The seminar will be conducted by Syracuse University’s director of athletic compliance, Erlease Wagner, Esq. Students, parents, coaches, counselors and administrators are encouraged to attend.
