SU at Rutgers to be Televised on ESPNU

The Syracuse football game at Rutgers on Saturday, November 13 will be televised on ESPNU. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. The Orange is 6-2 overall and 3-1 in the BIG EAST, while Rutgers is 4-3 overall and 1-1 in the BIG EAST. Syracuse leads the 40-game series, 29-10-1.
This weekend rv/rv Syracuse hosts Louisville in the Carrier Dome (12:00 p.m., BIG EAST Network) on 'Courage Day'. Syracuse Athletics, in conjunction with the 'Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities (EBV) and the EBV Foundation, has launched a 'Salute a Soldier' campaign for the Orange football game against Louisville on November 6. As part of 'Courage Day', for every ticket purchased between today and November 5, the athletics department will donate a ticket to soldiers and their families to attend the game. The tickets will be distributed to Fort Drum, the 174th Fighter Wing and other local military units.
The 'Salute a Soldier' program is part of the Courage Day celebrations honoring our military and veteran organizations. This year Courage Day will honor four Syracuse EBV graduates, who have shown outstanding strength through adversity; Jesse Canella, Dalia Rivera, Henry Rivera, and Terry Sims. Syracuse head football head coach Doug Marrone has declared the four EBV graduates honorary captains for the day.
Tickets for the three remaining home games are available online, at the Carrier Dome Box Office (Gate B) and by phone (888-DOMETIX).
The three-game, “Third-Down Package,” allows fans to buy one ticket each for any three games for $75 ($45 for Youth 12 and under), a savings of between $5 and $15. The tickets are located in the upper-level corners of the Carrier Dome.
The Tops $44 Family Package includes two adult and two youth tickets, two 'Cuse Kids Club memberships, a seat cushion, a coupon for a Pepsi 12-pack and a Tops Friendly Market sub coupon.
