SU to Kick Off 2010 Season at Akron

The 2010 Syracuse football team will kick off the campaign at Akron on Saturday, September 4 followed by a game at Washington on September 11. The Orange will host Maine on September 18 for the home-opener. Syracuse begins the BIG EAST schedule at South Florida on October 9.
The University will host Homecoming/Reunion Weekend on October 16 when the Orange welcomes Pittsburgh to the Dome. Syracuse will also host Louisville (11/6), Connecticut (11/20) and Boston College (11/27). BIG EAST Conference road games are at West Virginia (10/23), at Cincinnati (10/30) and at Rutgers (11/13).
Syracuse has one home game to add to the 2010 schedule therefore dates are subject to change.
New season tickets can be ordered now online (www.SUAthletics.com) and at the Carrier Dome Box Office (888-DOMETIX). Renewals for preferred seating, premium seating, and season tickets will be sent this month and can be processed online (www.SUAthletics.com). New preferred/premium seat patrons are invited to call the Carrier Dome Box Office for more information.
Syracuse begins Spring practice on March 22 and will have its annual Spring game on April 17 in the Carrier Dome.
