
Three Former Rowers Compete at the U.S. National Selection Regatta

WEST WINDSOR, N.J. – Three former Syracuse University rowers competed at the U.S. National Selection Regatta this weekend.
Martin Etem '09 advanced to the men's double sculls as part of one of the USRowing Training Center's crews. Etem and his teammate, Pat Close, placed fifth in the semifinal with at time of 06:33.551.
Justin Stangel '07 placed third in the final of the men's pair as part of one of the Oklahoma City Training Center crews. Stangel and his partner, Tom Peszek, finished with a time of 06:39.244.
Anna Goodale '05 finished fourth in the final of the women's pair as part of the one of the USRowing Training Center's crews. Goodale and teammate, Ali Cox finished with a time of 07:26.042.
