Introducing More to Enhance Fan Experience at the Dome

The fan experience continues to get better with Syracuse University Athletics. Gameday at the Carrier Dome will be greatly enhanced for all who cheer on the Orange beginning Saturday, Sept. 18 when the Orange hosts Maine. New amenities for the in-game experience include statistics monitors and customer service texting in the Carrier Dome, the opportunity to purchase tickets via credit card or print tickets purchased online at additional gates, the Tops Family Corner, memberships to Club 4•4, and an option to purchase wine at select concession stands. Additionally, fans of all Syracuse teams will now have the opportunity to follow home contests via live statistics on their mobile phone or via the SU Athletics iPhone app and to browse the new online record book.
Follow the Game From Anywhere in the Dome
At the Carrier Dome, live in-game statistics will be displayed on all in-stadium video monitors via College Gametime Network. The monitors will display a live scoreboard and game clock, starting lineups, in game statistics and scores from other college football games in progress.
Direct Connect with Management
Throughout any event in the Carrier Dome, fans will be able to communicate directly with management staff at any time via text message. Fans are invited to use the system if they need medical or housekeeping assistance or need security assistance regarding fan behavior. Every message will be read and responded to, as appropriate, as quickly as possible.
Credit Card and Printing Options at Additional Gates
Ticketing process amenities include an increased number of ticket booth locations for fans to purchase tickets using a credit card or to print tickets previously purchased online at gates A, B, C and E.
Tops Family Corner
A special alcohol-free section at the Carrier Dome, the Tops Family Corner, will provide families with a safe, comfortable spectator experience.
Become a Member of Club 4•4
The Carrier Dome's Club 4•4 offers the opportunity to enjoy an even more exciting experience at Syracuse athletic events. The lounge, which opened in February 2010, provides amenities that true SU fans will find hard to resist. Located on the concourse level, overlooking the field, Club 4•4 is the ultimate luxury experience for those looking to relax, mingle, and most importantly, cheer on the Orange, New York's College Team. Memberships are available through the Orange Club Office (315-443-1419).
Select Wine with Your Concessions Order
The addition of wine sales to select concession stands was incorporated into the menu this past summer. Fans who are 21 and older can purchase wine with their order from stands at aisle 111, 118, 130, 302, 318, 320, and 336.

Working with SIDEARM Sports, SU Athletics launched one of the first collegiate iPhone applications in 2009. The free SU Athletics iPhone App allows fans one-click access to the latest news, schedules, scores, rosters, and photo galleries. In addition, the App integrates with Twitter so fans can see what SU Athletic coaches and all Orange fans around the world are tweeting about Syracuse University athletics. Version 1.1 of the free iPhone App from iTunes is available in two ways, including a search for Syracuse or SU Athletics, or by using visiting the iTunes website (which will launch Itunes and bring you directly to the App available for download).
Tickets for Syracuse's home-opener against Maine on Saturday, September 18 are available online and at the Carrier Dome Box Office (888-DOME-TIX). Season tickets start at $100.
