Second-year head coach Doug Marrone led the Orange to a 36-34 victory in the inaugural New Era Pinstripe Bowl in Yankee Stadium. Syracuse enjoyed a spectacular week in New York City leading up to the game. All Orange fans are invited to re-live SU's exciting experience in photos with this gallery.
Bowl festivities included a Welcome Reception for the Orange and Kansas State at Yankee Stadium, practices at the New York Giants and New York Jets team facilities, a cruise for the student-athletes around the Statue of Liberty, a breakfast at the Hard Rock Cafe, and the 'Bowl Before the Bowl' event at Bowlmor Lanes in Times Square.
