Third-year head coach Doug Marrone will provide his mid-season report card tonight when he appears on Syracuse Sidelines on Time Warner Cable Sports. Syracuse Sidelines will air at a special time tonight at 6:30 p.m. before returning to its regular 7:00 p.m. slot next week.
Tonight's episode will take a look at highlights from senior quarterback Ryan Nassib, senior running back Antwon Bailey, senior wide receiver Dorian Graham, and sophomore place kicker Ross Krautman as well as the SU defense. Coach Marrone will also discuss the team's upcoming game against West Virginia (Oct. 21, 8:00 p.m., ESPN).
This week's Orange Profile on Syracuse Sidelines is redshirt senior and nose tackle Ollie Haney. Haney has played in one game this season after returning from an injury that sidelined the Clark, N.J. native for the entire 2010 season. He earned a degree in physical education and is pursuing a Master's degree in teaching and curriculum.
Syracuse Sidelines will also feature an Orange Insider with SU Athletic Communications. The department is responsible for the dissemination of information for all varsity sports to the appropriate organizations. Athletic Communications also manages the department website and acts as a liaison between the media and the SU coaching staff and student-athletes, in addition to participating in department initiatives and administrative responsibilities.
Syracuse Sidelines will stream on suathletics.com throughout the football season for Orange All Access subscribers. Fans can sign up for Orange All Access online, with subscriptions ranging from $5.95 for a 24-hour pass, $9.95 per month or $79.95 per year.
Following a bye week, the Orange will return to the Carrier Dome to battle West Virginia on October 21 (8:00 p.m., ESPN or ESPN2) Tickets are available for the game online, at the Carrier Dome Box Office (Gate B) and by phone (888-DOMETIX).
