Coach Marrone Is On The Airwaves Tonight

Third-year head coach Doug Marrone will appear on Syracuse Sidelines tonight, beginning at 7:00 p.m., on Time Warner Cable Sports. Coach Marrone will then head to the Red Robin in Towne Center, Fayetteville for the AmeriCU Doug Marrone Radio Show at 8 p.m. where he will preview the Orange's upcoming game at Louisville on Saturday (12:00 p.m., BIG EAST Network).
This week's Orange Profile on Syracuse Sidelines is senior defensive end Mikhail Marinovich. Marinovich has played in all 45 contests in his career, and leads a defensive line that ranks 15th in the country in rush defense (99.43 yards allowed per game). Earlier this season, Marinovich returned to his hometown to face USC. He served as the team's game captain, and recovered a fumble in the fourth quarter in addition to three tackles.
Syracuse Sidelines will also feature an Orange Insider with Assistant Athletics Director for Player Development Bob Brotzki. Brotzki, a former tight end and left tackle for the Orange, started 45 consecutive games while at SU and played four seasons in the National Football League for the Indianapolis Colts, Dallas Cowboys and Atlanta Falcons.
