Head coach Doug Marrone will recap the Syracuse football team's BIG EAST win against Pittsburgh and preview this weekend's game against Rutgers on Syracuse Sidelines tonight. Following the episode, which airs at 6:30 p.m. on Time Warner Cable Sports, Marrone will make his weekly appearance on the AmeriCU Doug Marrone Radio Show at 7 p.m. which will be broadcasted on the Syracuse IMG Sports Network and TK 99 (WTKW 99.5).

Following a recap of the Pittsburgh game, Marrone will discuss Ryan Nassib's recent accolade of being named a semifinal finalist for the for the NFF National Scholar-Athlete Award presented by Fidelity Investments for his efforts in excelling in the classroom, climbing through the SU record book and staying involved in community service.

The Orange Profile this week will be on senior defensive end Brandon Sharpe. Sharpe earned the FWAA/Bronko Nagurski National Defensive Player of the Week for his career-high seven tackles, including four sacks, among his six tackles for 45 yards in losses, against the Panthers. For his outstanding performance and consistency throughout the season, he will also be added to the 2012 Bronko Nagurski Trophy Watch List. Sharpe was also named the BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week, the CFPA National Defensive Player of the Week and the CFPA National Defensive Lineman of the Week for his efforts. Â
