Orange Jumps Up To Sixth

Syracuse (2-0) has advanced two slots into the sixth spot in the Associated Press and ESPN/USA Today Coaches men's basketball polls.
The Orange had one outing during the week and defeated Wagner, 88-57, in the squad's Carrier Dome opener. Syracuse began the basketball season ranked ninth and then improved to eighth after the first week of play.
