Junior co-captain JoJo Marasco has been an impact player for the Orange since his rookie season of 2010. An Inside Lacrosse preseason honorable mention All-American this year, Marasco has scored at least one point in 19 of the last 20 games since the start of the 2011 campaign.

Marasco started all 17 games last season and registered at least one point in 16 of them. The only time he was kept out of the scoring column was on April 9, 2011 at Princeton, a game won by the Orange 7-5. Overall, Marasco tied for the team lead in points (41) and assists (18) last year. He was second on the club with 23 goals.

So far in 2012, Marasco has seven points, including four in the Orange's season-opening win against Albany. Marasco registered one assist Sunday at Virginia to keep his current 11-game point streak intact. However, he failed to score a goal for the first time in eight consecutive games.

Marasco has 65 points (36g, 29a) in 30 career games for Syracuse.
