Tune into Syracuse Sidelines tonight on Time Warner Cable Sports at 6:30 p.m. to get an inside look at Syracuse football as they prepare to take on No. 2 USC on Saturday, Sept. 8 at MetLife Stadium (3:30 p.m., ABC). Head coach Doug Marrone will preview New York's College Classic on both Syracuse Sidelines and the AmeriCU Doug Marrone Radio Show.
Along with discussing the Orange's upcoming game against USC in New York's College Classic, Marrone talks about senior quarterback Ryan Nassib's record-breaking game against Northwestern. Against the Wildcats, Nassib set the Orange single-game records for completions (45), attempts (66), and yards (482) as well as setting the BIG EAST single-game pass attempts record and tying the conference completion record.
The show will also preview senior strong safety Shamarko Thomas. Thomas explains how much he enjoys playing in the Carrier Dome and what it's like to play in the unique arena. He also discusses how much being a senior leader on the team means to him.
