In addition to Jameel McClain and Arthur Jones, three more Syracuse alums are headed to New Orleans for Super Bowl XLVII. Â ESPN Radio's Sr. Director, Radio Content &?Operations Pete Gianesini (Syracuse Class of 1994) is coming out of radio-producer retirement to produce a one-hour show Friday, Feb. 1 in New Orleans with ESPN Monday Night Football commentator Mike Tirico (1988) and Syracuse football great, Jim Brown (1954-56).

Tirico, the voice of ESPN's Monday Night Football, will moderate a round-table that features panelists, Brown, Franco Harris, Ted Hendricks, Barry Sanders and Adrian Peterson during the Legends of Football breakfast panel discussion on Friday, Feb. 1. The breakfast panel will take place in conjunction with the annual Jim Brown's Legends of Football Golf Classic.

The one-hour Legends of Football program will be streamed live on ESPN.com at 9 a.m. ET and will be broadcasted on ESPN Radio at 8 p.m. that night (re-aired Friday at 10 p.m., Saturday at 3 a.m., 5 a.m., 7 a.m. and 11 a.m., and Sunday at 4 a.m.).

On Sunday, Feb. 3rd, McClain and Jones will take to the gridiron with the Baltimore Ravens. Jones and McClain are the 48th and 49th former SU standouts to reach the Super Bowl. Twenty-three former Orange have been Super Bowl Champions including, Tom Coughlin who most recently won two Super Bowls as the head coach of the New York Giants. Syracuse fans are invited to reserve football season tickets for the inaugural season in the ACC today by placing a $25 deposit to get first shot at the best available locations. Deposits can be made online (click here), by phone (888-DOME-TIX), or in-person at the Carrier Dome Box Office.
