MAUI -- No. 9/7 Syracuse goes for its fifth straight win to start the season when it takes on Minnesota in the EA Sports Maui Invitational on Monday, Nov. 18. Tipoff is set for 5:30 p.m. Eastern time. Both teams are undefeated this season.
The game will be televised on ESPN2 and ESPN3. Fans can listen to the action on the Syracuse IMG Radio Network and its flagship TK99 (99.5 FM). Live audio will be available on Orange All Access on SUathletics.com. Subscriptions to Orange All Access are available at daily, monthly and yearly rates.

What to Watch For – Syracuse
1. Syracuse (4-0) scored the last 10 points to record a come-from-behind victory against St. Francis Brooklyn. Sophomore Michael Gbinije gave the Orange the lead for good with 58.5 seconds remaining in the mainland portion of the EA Sports Maui Invitational.
2. Sophomore DaJuan Coleman scored Syracuse's first eight points against the Terriers on his way to tying his career high with 14 points.
3. The Orange is returning to Hawaii for the first time since the 1998-99 season. Syracuse has appeared in the Maui Invitational twice and won the event both times (1990-91 and 1998-99).

What to Watch For – Minnesota
1. The Golden Gophers have started the season with five consecutive victories under first-year head coach Richard Pitino. Minnesota has played four of its five games at home.
2. The Orange defense will have to stop one of the top scorers in the Big Ten in junior Andre Hollins. He leads the team and ranks __ in the conference in scoring, averaging 18.8 points per game.
3. A key to Minnesota's early-season success has been its defense. The Golden Gophers are allowing just 61.6 points per game and holding its opponents to a shooting percentage of just 25.6 from three-point range. In addition, Minnesota leads the Big Ten in steals with 44.
THE SERIES
Monday's game will be just the second meeting between the two schools. The first contest took place in the Sweet 16 in the 1990 NCAA Tournament. The Golden Gophers defeated the Orange, 82-75.
