WASHINGTON – With the Sweet 16 round quickly approaching, fourth-seeded Syracuse prepared for its matchup against top-seeded Indiana this afternoon at the Verizon Center. The Orange stepped out on the court for a 50-minute shoot around before heading back into the locker room to speak with the media.
With the locker room open, head coach Jim Boeheim took the podium from 2:00-2:15 p.m., before seniors Brandon Triche and James Southerland were on from 2:15-2:30 p.m. Fans can watch these interviews or read the transcripts by clicking on the links above.
The Orange and Hoosiers will tipoff at 9:45 p.m. Thursday evening. The game will be broadcast live on CBS with Verne Lundquist and Bill Raferty on the call.
