New York's College team is lighting up the city skyline again. Syracuse Orange was beamed from the Empire State Building in a salute to the men's basketball team's appearance in the NCAA Final Four on April 6.
The Empire State Building celebrated the NCAA Men's Basketball Final Four on Saturday, April 6, 2013, by shining its world-famous tower lights in each of the four teams' colors, then in the winning teams' colors following the games.
At sunset on Saturday, ESB displayed the school colors of Final Four teams:
North Side: Syracuse University (orange) East Side: University of Michigan (navy blue and yellow) South Side: University of Louisville (red and white) West Side: Wichita State (yellow and black)
A special, interactive lighting will be held for the championship game on Monday, April 8.
