Arinze Onuaku, Indiana Pacers – Onuaku opened up the preseason connecting on three-of-four shots from the floor for six points and reigned in four rebounds in 12 minutes of action. He and the Pacers defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves Tuesday night, 103-90.
CJ Fair, Indiana Pacers – The 2014 SU graduate made his NBA Preseason debut yesterday and was perfect shooting from the floor in eight minutes of play. Fair recorded five points, netting one from beyond the arc while also recording a block and a rebound in the 103-90 victory over the Timberwolves.
Wesley Johnson, Los Angeles Lakers – On Monday, Johnson's preseason kicked off with a 98-95, win over the Denver Nuggets. Johnson recorded nine points, netting four-of-six shots from the floor and draining one from three-point land. He recorded an assist while defensively, Johnson was credited with two steals and two rebounds in 25 minutes of time on the floor.
Dion Waiters, Cleveland Cavaliers – After connecting on six of his 14 shots including two threes, Waiters' 15 points powered the Cavs offense as it outscored Tel Aviv Maccabi, 107-80. Waiters did it all on the court in 25 minutes of play, tallying two boards and three assists as well.
Demetris Nichols, CSKA Moscow – Overseas, Nichols led his squad in 99-70 win over the Bisons. He contributed most with his defensive play, recording four rebounds, two steals and two blocks to go along with his four points in the game.
