SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse puts its six-game winning streak on the line when it hosts Wake Forest on Tuesday, Jan. 13. Tip off in the Carrier Dome is set for 8 p.m.

What to Watch For – Syracuse (12-4, 3-0)
1. Redshirt junior Trevor Cooney had his best shooting performance of the season to lead Syracuse to a victory against Florida State. He was 7-for-11 from behind the three-point line on his way to a season-high 28 points. Cooney now ranks second in the ACC in three-point field goals made, averaging 2.63 per contest.
2. Senior Rakeem Christmas was up to his old tricks in the Orange's victory against the Seminoles. He finished with 14 points and 11 rebounds for his fifth double-double of the season. Christmas has reached double figures in scoring in 15 of 16 games this season and ranks third in the ACC in scoring, averaging 17.1 points per game.
3. Tyler Roberson came off the bench and pulled down nine rebounds against Florida State, helping the Orange to a 39-35 advantage on the boards. Roberson has climbed to 19th in the ACC in rebounding, pulling down 6.3 per game.

What to Watch For – Wake Forest (9-8, 1-3)
1. Wake Forest recorded its first ACC win of the season with a 76-69 victory against Georgia Tech on Sunday, The win snapped a two-game losing streak and improved its overall record to 9-8.
2. Syracuse will go against one of the top rebounders in the league on Tuesday. Junior Devin Thomas is averaging 9.7 rebounds per game, which ranks second in the league. In addition, he is Wake Forest's leading scorer (13.1 ppg.). Codi Miller-McIntyre also averages double figures in scoring, adding 12.6 per contest.
3. Danny Manning is in his first season at the helm of the Wake Forest program. The 1988 College Player of the Year led Kansas to the national championship before playing 15 seasons in the NBA. He spent the last two seasons as the head coach at Tulsa, where he led the Golden Hurricanes to the Conference USA tournament title. Manning also served as an assistant coach at Kansas for five seasons.

THE SERIES
Tuesday's game marks only the third meeting between Syracuse and Wake Forest. The Orange have won the two previous meetings, including last year's contest, 67-57.
