CLEMSON, S.C. – Syracuse goes for its eighth consecutive win when it goes on the road to face Clemson on Saturday, Jan. 17. Tipoff in South Carolina is scheduled for 4 p.m.

What to Watch For – Syracuse (13-4, 4-0)
1. Syracuse is one of only two teams that remain undefeated in league play. The Orange and No. 2/2 Virginia sit atop the ACC standings with identical 4-0 records.
2. Senior Rakeem Christmas was 13-for-21 (.619) and 9-for 12 (.750) from the free throw line for a career-high 35 points. It's the first time a Syracuse player has tallied 30 points in a game since redshirt junior Trevor Cooney posted 33 points against Notre Dame on Feb. 3, 2014 in the Carrier Dome.
3. Following Saturday's game, Syracuse will play three of its next four games on its home court. Its lone road game in that stretch is a date against North Carolina in Chapel Hill on Jan. 26. The Orange is 10-1 in the Carrier Dome this season.

What to Watch For – Clemson (9-7, 1-3)
1. Clemson lost to Virginia, 65-42, on Tuesday for its third loss in its last four games. The Tigers are 1-3 in ACC play, with its lone victory coming at Pittsburgh.
2. Jaro Blossomgame is Clemson's leading scorer, averaging 13.7 points per game. Demarcus Harrison is the only other player averaging double figures on the season (10.4 ppg.). Landry Nnoko leads the team in blocks with 31 and ranks third in the ACC, averaging 1.9 per game.
3. Brad Brownell is in his fifth season at the helm of the Clemson program and 13th overall as a head coach. Brownell has led the Tigers to an overall record of 83-65 and has guided the squad to one NCAA Tournament and an NIT berth. He has the highest winning percentage in school history. Previously,
Brownell served as the head coach at UNC Wilmington and Wright State.

Clemson leads the all-time series with the Orange, 2-1. Syracuse posted its first win against the Tigers last season with a 57-44 victory in the Carrier Dome.
