SCOUTING LOUISVILLE (8-4, 2-0 ACC)
The Cardinals return all six starters from last season, including All-ACC First Team honorees Katie George and Janelle Jenkins. Louisville posted a 15-15 overall record during the 2014 season, including a 7-11 ACC record.

He led the Cardinals to 14 NCAA Tournaments, including four NCAA Regional semifinals.
Â
Yelin had 11 seasons with 20 or more wins and two seasons with 30 or more victories. In 2004, he earned the AVCA All-Midwest Region Coach of the Year award and was also recognized as the Conference USA Coach of the Decade the same year.
Â
SCOUTING NOTRE DAME (5-9, 0-2 ACC)
The Irish return seven letterwinners from last season, including sophomore Sam Fry, who was named to the All-ACC Freshman Team after amassing 242 kills and 107 blocks during the 2014 season. The team welcomes seven newcomers to the program this season.
Â
The series between Syracuse and Notre Dame dates back to 1981, with the Irish leading the all-time series 21-4. The Orange looks to come back from a 1-3 loss to the Irish last season.
