PARADISE ISLAND, Bahamas – Battle 4 Atlantis action shifts to the Bahamas this week and Syracuse will take on Charlotte in the second game of action on Wednesday, Nov. 25. Tipoff is set for 2:30 p.m.

The game will be televised on ESPN2 and ESPN3. Fans can listen to the game live on the Syracuse IMG Network, including flagship station WTKW-FM 99.5 in the Syracuse area.

TOP 5 STORYLINES TO FOLLOW
THE FIELD
Eight teams will gather on Paradise Island for the Battle 4 Atlantis title. In addition to Syracuse and Charlotte, the field also includes Michigan, Connecticut, Texas, Texas A&M, Washington and Gonzaga.

SEEING DOUBLE
Junior Tyler Roberson recorded his first double-double of the season and the seventh of his career in Syracuse's win against Elon. He led the squad with a career-high 20 points and was one shy of his career best with 16 rebounds. Roberson was 9-for-15 from the field and 2-for-2 from the free throw line as he reached double figures in points for the second straight game. He currently ranks fourth in the ACC in rebounding, averaging 11.0 per game this season.

TOUGH D
Graduate students Trevor Cooney and Michael Gbinije are tied for the top spot in the ACC in steals. Both are averaging three steals per game. The Orange leads the league in steals, averaging 10.33 per contest, nearly two more per game than second-place Louisville.

MAKING AN IMPACT
Freshman Malachi Richardson has reached double figures in scoring in each of Syracuse's first three games this season. He was 10-for-12 from the free throw line on his way to 13 points against Elon. Richardson is Syracuse's second-leading scorer through three games, averaging 14.0 points per game.

THE SERIES
Wednesday's game will the fifth all-time meeting between the Orange and 49ers. The teams have split the previous four meetings. Charlotte defeated Syracuse, 96-92, in the Carrier Dome on Nov. 26, 2003, but the Orange posted a 79-67 victory against the 49ers in the last meeting on Nov. 22, 2006 in the Dome.

The winner of the Syracuse-Charlotte game will take on the winner of the Connecticut-Michigan game on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. The losers of those two games will meet on Thursday at 9:30 p.m.
