Rowing Teams to Host Third 'Evening at Ten Eyck'

Night racing and 2015 Hall of Fame class to be honored
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse University men's and women's rowing programs and the Syracuse Alumni Rowing Association (SARA) will host the third annual "Evening at Ten Eyck" and honor its 2015 Hall of Fame class on Saturday, Sept. 19 at the James A. Ten Eyck Boathouse in Liverpool, N.Y.
The Orange will host a night festivities surrounding the crew races. A recreational row will begins at 2 p.m., which all alumni are invited to attend. At 6 p.m., a boat will be dedicated and racing under the lights will begin. In addition, light hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will start at that time. The event will conclude with a dinner and Hall of Fame induction from 8-10 p.m.
The 2015 Hall of Fame class includes Melissa "Emme" Aronson (1985), Allan Green (1990), Joe Peter (1969), and Don Smith (1990).
Tickets to the event will cost $75 per person. Those interested in attending are asked to register online by Sept. 8.
