Two former Orange record season-highs in tackles
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Five former Syracuse Orange were in action during Week 3 of the 2015 NFL season. New York Giants defensive tackle Jay Bromley and Pittsburgh safety Shamarko Thomas each notched season highs in tackles while helping their teams to victory.

Jay Bromley, New York GiantsÂ
- Season-best three tackles in a victory against Washington on Sept. 24.
- Has played in every game for New York in 2015, tallying five tackles.

Arthur Jones, Indianapolis Colts
- Placed on injury reserve on Sept. 5 and will miss the 2015 season.
Â
Chandler Jones, New England PatriotsÂ
- Made two stops in New England's victory against Jacksonville on Sept. 27.
- Has 11 tackles and 3.0 sacks in 2015.
- Currently tied for fifth in the NFL in sacks.

Cameron Lynch St. Louis RamsÂ
- Has played in every game this season for St. Louis.
- Made his pro debut in the team's season-opening overtime victory against Seattle on Sept. 12.

Ryan Nassib, New York Giants
- New York's backup quarterback.
- Has not played in any games in 2015.

Justin Pugh, New York Giants
- Anchored a New York offensive line that did not give up a sack against Washington on Sept. 24.
- Started every game but two in his professional career.

Shamarko Thomas, Pittsburgh SteelersÂ
- Season-high two tackles in a victory at St. Louis on Sept. 27.
- Has three tackles on the season.Â

Syracuse owns a 3-1 overall record and has a bye this weekend. In its next contest, the Orange will play USF on Oct. 10 in its first road game of the 2015 season. Kickoff is slated for 3:30 p.m. at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. Fla. The game will air live on the CBS Sports Network.
