GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Orange's home game against North Carolina State on Saturday, Nov. 12 will kick off at 12:30 p.m. inside the Carrier Dome and be televised on the ACC Network, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced today.
The Wolfpack have won eight of the nine previous series meetings, including all four games played in Central New York. The Orange's only win in the series was a 24-10 victory at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh in 2013. That triumph marked SU's first conference win as a member of the ACC.
The Orange are currently 4-4, including a 2-2 record in ACC play, and travel to Clemson this weekend. NC State is also 4-4 and 1-3 in conference. The Wolfpack host Florida State this Saturday.
In addition to welcoming the Wolfpack to the Dome, the Syracuse football program will show its thanks for our servicemen and women by celebrating "Military Appreciation Day" Nov. 12. As part of the "'Cuse for the Troops" campaign, active military members, veterans, and their families who qualify, receive complimentary tickets. For $20, fans can sponsor a ticket to thank a member of our armed services by sending them to the game for free. Visit Cuse.com/military or call 888-DOMETIX to participate.Â
Tickets for the NC State game, as well as SU's final home game against Florida State on Nov. 19, are available online, by phone (888-DOMETIX), at Destiny USA kiosks and at the Carrier Dome Box Office (Gate B).
