Orange Begin Four-Game Home Stand on Friday

Miami, #18 Florida State visit Women’s Building
SYRACUSE, N.Y. –  Following a Friday night victory in Charlottesville, the Orange volleyball team returns home for a four-game home stand at the Women's Building beginning this Friday.
Syracuse (7-17, 6-8 ACC) will host Miami (11-15, 5-9 ACC) on Friday at 7 p.m. and No. 18 Florida State (18-5, 11-3 ACC) on Sunday for a 1 p.m. game. Live stats will be available for both matches.

The Orange and the Hurricanes first met in 2002 when both teams were a part of the BIG EAST. The Hurricanes lead the series 6-1, as Friday's game marks the eighth time that the pair will meet on the court.
Syracuse won the last match (19-25, 27-25, 25-22, 25-21) in four sets on the road over Hurricanes earlier this season.
The Orange played the Seminoles on the road earlier this year, as they were swept in three sets (17-25, 16-25, 16-25). The pair first met in 1992 at the Hofstra Tournament where Florida State defeated 'Cuse in three sets (10-15, 10-15, 12-15).
