No. 18/16 Syracuse finishes out play in the Brooklyn Hoops Holiday Invitational on Saturday, Nov. 26 against South Carolina in the Barclays Center. Opening tip is set for 2:30 p.m.

FOR STARTERS

Syracuse has opened the season with four consecutive victories. Heading into the weekend, the Orange are one of 40 Division I teams that remain unbeaten in 2016-17.
Three players recorded double-doubles in Syracuse's win against South Carolina State on Tuesday. It marked the first time the Orange accomplished the feat since March 5, 2008.
Saturday's game will be the first time Syracuse has played away from the Carrier Dome this season.

TAMING THE BULLDOGS

Syracuse reached the century mark in its 101-59 victory against South Carolina State. The 100-point performance was the Orange's first since the 2012 encounter with Monmouth.
A balanced offensive attack featured six Orange players in double figures in scoring, including Andrew White III, who posted a game-high 15 points.
Syracuse's defense, which currently ranks third in the country, limited the Bulldogs to just 19-of-70 (.271) from the field, including a 5-of-27 (.185) mark from 3-point range.

MEASURING UP THE GAMECOCKS

South Carolina is coming off an impressive 61-46 win against No. t25/24 Michigan on Wednesday. The win improved the Gamecocks' record to 5-0.
Senior guard Sindari Thornwell is South Carolina's leading scorer, averaging 20.8 points per game. He also has pulled down a team-high 7.2 rebounds per contest. Thornwell had a double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds against the Wolverines. Senior guard Duane Notice (11.2 ppg.) and sophomore forward Chris Silva (10.2 ppg.) are also double-digit scorers for South Carolina.
Frank Martin is in his fifth season at the helm of the South Carolina program. He has guided the Gamecocks to a record of 75-63.

Syracuse's road swing continues when it takes on Wisconsin in Madison as part of the ACC/Big 10 Challenge on Tuesday, Nov. 29 at 7:30 p.m.
