Nanco Invited to MLS Player Combine

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse senior Chris Nanco is one of 53 NCAA Division I college players that have been invited to participate in the 2017 adidas Major League Soccer (MLS) Player Combine, which will take place Jan. 8-12 in Los Angeles.
Nanco led the Orange in scoring in 2016 with a career-high 15 points. He tied for eighth in the ACC with a personal-best seven goals. Nanco was voted to the All-ACC First Team and the All-South Region Third Team.
All players invited to the combine will be eligible for selection in the 2017 SuperDraft, which is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 13 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Nanco helped the Orange to a 12-4-4 record in 2016. Syracuse earned the No. 8 seed in the NCAA Tournament and advanced to the round of 16.
