SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse will play its third consecutive home game on Tuesday, Feb. 2 when it hosts Virginia Tech. Tip off in the Carrier Dome is set for 8 p.m. The Orange (15-8, 5-5) enter the game on a three-game winning streak, while the Hokies (12-10, 4-5) have lost four in a row.

Tickets can be purchased on Cuse.com, by calling 1-888-DOMETIX or at Gate B of the Carrier Dome. The game will be televised on the ACC Network and ESPN3. Fans can listen to the game on the Syracuse IMG Radio Network and its flagship station, TK99 in Syracuse. Cuse TV will provide live audio of the game and fans can follow along with the live stats on Cuse.com.

TOP 5 STORYLINES TO FOLLOW
WINNING STREAK CONTINUES
Syracuse extended its winning streak to two with a 60-57 victory against Georgia Tech on Saturday. The win improved the Orange's overall record to 15-8, which includes a 10-3 mark in the Carrier Dome. Tuesday's game is the third of four straight at home for Syracuse. The Orange will play four of its last six regular-season contests on the road.

HOWARD IMPRESSES
Freshman Franklin Howard dished out a career-high six assists in Syracuse's win against Georgia Tech. He also grabbed three rebounds and had a blocked shot. After the game, head coach Jim Boeheim said Howard "made some of the best passes we've seen in years here". One of his assists came on a no-look pass that led to a layup by DaJuan Coleman.

FROSH HELP ORANGE TO VICTORY
Syracuse's freshman class played a key role in the Orange's win against Georgia Tech. Malachi Richardson, Tyler Lydon and Franklin Howard combined for 20 points, 16 rebounds, eight assists and three blocked shots.

SCOUTING THE HOKIES
Tuesday's game will be Virginia Tech's fourth road game in its last six contests. The Hokies are 2-3 on the road this season. Virginia Tech is allowing 73.8 points per game, which rank 14th in the ACC.

Zach LeDay leads the Hokies in scoring and rebounding, averaging 16.0 points and 8.1 rebounds per game. He ranks 16th in the ACC in scoring and ninth in rebounding. Justin Bibbs is Virginia Tech's biggest threat from three-point range. He ranks second in the league in three-point field goal percentage (.505) and is ninth in three-point field goals made (2.23).

THE SERIES
Syracuse leads the all-time series with Virginia Tech, 7-2, and has won the last four meetings between the two schools. The Hokies last victory against the Orange was an 81-69 win in the Carrier Dome on January 31, 2004.
